How does Propolis support my body?

Propolis

"Propolis" comes from the Greek words "pro" (meaning "before" or "for") and "polis"(meaning "city"). Literally translating to "defender of the city" which refers to its role in protecting the bee hive.

Propolis is a resin-like natural product produced by bees from tree resin, buds, and other plant sources. Bees collect this resin and mix it with saliva and beeswax to produce propolis. Due to its natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties, bees use propolis to seal crevices in the hive for insulation and protection against disease.

Propolis contains over 300 bioactive compounds, including six important bioactive polyphenols and flavonoids. It has been used in traditional medicine in various cultures for centuries.
