Directions

30 doses of 10 g. Take 1 teaspoon (10 g) daily after your meals. Do not exceed maximum daily intake of two spoons (20 g). Stir

gently before use. 

Special Instructions

All natural honey may solidify, to re-liquify, place jar in warm water (below 40C). Store in a cool, dry place.
