Account & Orders 

How will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

You can find all information about your order in your customer account or order page or track your order with your order number in the Swiss post tracking page. 

Shipment status is delivered but I did not receive my product?

In event your package did not arrive even though the tracking shows delivered, please contact our customer service via email at buzz@beepeople.com

What if I cannot locate my order number

Your order number is on your invoice which you should have received by email. If you cannot locate it, please contact our customer service at buzz@beepeople.com with your name and delivery address. 

What is the processing time for an order 

All orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. You can find the latest information on the delivery status of your products in the order overview in your customer account. 

How can I cancel my order

You will not be able to cancel your order, however you can use our 30 days money back guarantee and make a return request (see section about returns below. 

If I want to order products online, do I have to open an account

You can sign in for a customer account or order as guest without having to create an account.

What are shipping fees

For orders totalling over CHF 69.–, all products and orders are delivered free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  All orders from our warehouse are handled by Swiss Postpac Economy . Delivery is in two working days after handover to the shipping provider, from Monday to Friday. For orders below CHF 69.–, the shipping cost is CHF 8.50.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept all credit card payment (Visa, Master, American Express), Apple pay, Google pay, Paypal. We currently do not accept Klarna payments. 

Can I return the product

We have a 30 days money back guarantee. To facilitate a return, please initiate the process by giving us feedback on your reasons for return in the feedback form. It is very important for us to understand how we can make our products better and more suitable for you!

Where are the products produced

All our products are developed and manufactured in Switzerland. The raw materials used in the production are predominantly from Switzerland, with some also being from the EU.

Can I order products in bulk in the webshop?

Do you offer gift cards

Yes we offer digital gift cards. If you would like to make a gift to someone special,  you can order the Digital Gift Card and your friend would receive the gift card by email. 

Can I request a refund for my Digital Gift Card purchase

You unfortunately cannot request a refund for a purchased Digital Gift Card.

Bee hotel

Can I buy a bee hotel? 

A Bee hotel is given for free for subscription customers at a later stage to support biodiversity and bee population.  We currently do not sell the Bee hotel.

What is propolis  

"Propolis" comes from the Greek words "pro" (meaning "before" or "for")  and "polis" (meaning "city"), so it literally translates to "defender of the city" and is referring to the function of propolis in protecting the bee hive. 

 

Propolis is a resin-like natural material made by bees from the sap of trees, buds and other plant sources. Bees collect this resin and mix it with their own saliva and beeswax to create propolis. It is then used by the bees to seal gaps in the hive for insulation and as a protection from disease.

 

Containing more than 300 bioactive compounds, including six major bioactive polyphenols and flavonoids, propolis has been described as one of the most potent natural antibiotics and has been used for centuries in traditional medicine by humans for it's anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant properties. Where are your hives

We work with ethical apiaries in Switzerland. They are located in the Canton of Ticino in the southern part of Switzerland.

Are there warnings to use bee products

Bee Products can be by most people consumed without any risks or side-effects. However, if you are allergic to products from the hive a consumption is not advisable. Also during pregnancy or for children under the age of 3 years, a doctor should be consulted before consumption.

Why are your products so potent?

Polyphenols, a group of naturally occurring compounds found in plants, are widely recognized for their potential health benefits. Flavonoids, a subclass of polyphenols, are especially well-studied for their positive effects on health. These compounds are abundant in foods like fruits, vegetables, tea as well as in high concentration in particular bee products. For more details, please visit this page. 

How can I absorb the micronutrients in the products?

Generally, it is for our body challenging to absorb phytonutrients from bee products such as propolis. To overcome this challenge, our propolis extract is obtained using a patented extraction method which increases the bioavailability of the phenolic compounds in our body to 72%. What are polyphenols and flavonoids?

Polyphenols, particularly flavonoids, are powerful antioxidants and have as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. For more details on how they can help you, please visit this page. 

How is the level of polyphenols measured? What is TPC?

Total Polyphenol Content (TPC) refers to the overall concentration of polyphenolic compounds in a substance measured in milligrams per kilogram. 

 

Our TPC factor stated on the front of the products gives a clear indication of the total amount of polyphenolic compounds in milligrams in the respective product. Additionally on our supplement products, the amount of polyphenols per dose in milligrams can be found on the label of the product.

 

Through this standardization, we can ensure to deliver high quality products with measurable results and the potency of their active ingredients can easily be compared.

 

The honey and propolis used in our products is tested in an external professional laboratory for it’s Total Polyphenol Content using the Folin–Ciocalteu Method.

 

We focus on the bioactive complex of six major polyphenols: Quercetin, Galangin, Chrysin, Apigenin, Pinocembrin & Pinobanskin.

The propolis extract in our products has been clinically proven in a study with 295 subjects.
