DNA-tested in a laboratory
80% of the honey sold worldwide is adulterated or mislabeled.
Ours isn’t. We have every batch of honey tested in a lab for purity, origin, and quality—using two independent methods.
What does that mean?
Where does the honey really come from?
DNA reveals which plants the bees have visited and whether the stated region is accurate. This makes it possible to clearly distinguish Swiss honey from inexpensive imported honey.
Is the honey pure?
Honey that has been adulterated (for example by mixing it with sugar syrup) has a completely different DNA profile than pure honey. Adulteration is immediately detectable.
Monofloral vs. Multifloral
Our chestnut honey is monofloral—one
plant species clearly dominates. This is legally defined and laboratory-tested.
Why this matters
Monofloral honeys such as chestnut or
linden honey have a significantly higher
polyphenol content (TPC) than blended honeys and thus greater bioactive potential.

Honey and propolis lose their effectiveness when exposed to light. That’s why we bottle every blend in biophotonic violet glass—this keeps all ingredients protected, without any preservatives.

Regular honey tastes great. Our blends taste just as good, but also contain 8% organic propolis extract. So you get the delicious taste of Swiss Alpine honey and the benefits of propolis in every spoonful.
Yes, that's exactly what it's made for. One spoonful a day, preferably in the morning. Just eat it straight from the spoon or add it to your tea (max 40°C). That's all you need.
